My Top 5 Tips ...

... for Healthier Looking Skin

To be honest when it comes to my skin routine it's no secret that I keep everything basic and to a minimum. I know as well as most of you that when it comes to skin care the products in which are available can be very confusing as well as expensive.

ASOS - Under £30

I spend a lot, and I mean a lot, of time browsing the internet looking for things I can spend my hard earned cash on. And as much as I like finding new brands and websites to shop on I know that I can always rely on one particular website to stock pretty much anything I want to get my hands on.

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lip Review

If you caught one of my latest posts about the Huda Beauty lip contour pencils then you will have seen that I had been lusting after the Liquid Matte lipsticks from the same brand.
And finally around a week ago they landed on Cult Beauty after witnessing people purchasing them in Dubai and the US.

Topshop Wishlist

I love online shopping, and even just browsing to get a feel of what the latest trends are and the new pieces everyone is lusting after. I like when other people put together a little preview of what they're loving for those days when I'm feeling a little less inspired. So i've chosen some new pieces from Toyshop to hopefully inspire you....

Designer Footwear - For Him

If you read my last post you would have seen me put together a short list, a kind of wish list in a way, of some of the Designer trainers/sneakers that i'm really into at the moment. And as that one was dedicated to the ladies I thought it only fair to do one for the guys as well.

Sneakers - High End

I LOVE sneakers I can't even try to deny it. I LOVE heels too, don't get me wrong, they make me feel confident, sexy and feminine and can really change the look of an outfit, but boy sneakers are just an 'easy' convenient shoe to throw on whether you're running errands or going to the shops.

I've recently become a little obsessed with high end/designer sneakers because I really think the designs and quality of the products (okay some not all) are really refreshing and add that little something different from regular Nike trainers for example.

Cute Nutrition Update

So if you follow me on Instagram (if you don't follow me now search 'natalieayse') then you will have probably seen around a month ago I started using Cute Nutrition meal replacement shakes for the first time.

For my first order as I was bit dubious I picked up the Strawberry Shake and the Cute shaker. I had read a few different posts on how people had been using these shakes as part of their daily routine and how they had begun to see results so I was very interested in finding out what would work for me and what wouldn't I guess.

I started having one shake for my breakfast which I make by added 3 slightly heaped spoons of the powder to 250ml of skimmed milk (it has to be skimmed milk or water so there is no extra added fat) and I would have one for my breakfast and one for my lunch and then I would have a 'healthier' meal for dinner.

I found it really easy to drink and to be honest it tastes like strawberry Nesquik which is my favourite milkshake ever, and so I decided the next time to place an order I would get one of the chocolate flavoured ones as well. Again, it tastes soooo good and not like other meal replacement shakes I've tried in the past.

What I occasionally do to switch it up sometimes is have oats for breakfast followed by a shake for lunch and then a shake around 30-60 minutes before dinner so it starts to fill me up. I also suppose if it's easier for you, you could have a shake as a sort of snack throughout the day to avoid snacking on chocolate as they really take the sugar craving away as such.

I have also found myself drinking even more water than usual as before I would just east and pick at different things, especially chocolate when really all it means a lot of the time is that you're dehydrated and need a drink.

Over the last 8 weeks I have lost 8lb and noticed that my tummy is beginning to look a lot less bloated and more flat. Don't get me wrong I have also been going to the gym alongside these shakes 4-5 times a week and I also went on holiday and have had a few days away here and there so I haven't stuck to a 'healthy and balanced' diet all the time.

You really need to find the right balance between working out and eating right in order to maintain a body you're proud of and I couldn't feel better about myself right now. It's helping me gain more confidence and getting me summer body ready.

Remember each shake contains 130 calories.

A Little Tip ....

What I have also recently started to do since I invested in all 3 flavours, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry is mixing them together. So for example I add 2 shakes of vanilla and then either 1 scoop of chocolate or 1 scoop of strawberry so you are still only adding 3 scoops in total but mixes the taste up a little bit.... The chocolate tastes like chocolate ice cream when mixed and the strawberry tastes like strawberry and cream.

Recently they launched their protein shakes as well which are in the flavours Pornstar Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri - I've tried the first and it's very different to the meal replacement shakes and I'm hoping to see some differences with how toned I am and become.

Give it a go and let me know what you think.

You can find the full Cute Nutrition range here

and they now also do a teatox so check it out!

It was a while ago that I came across the @Myraswim brand whilst on Instagram and I loved how they looked and the colours of fabric which was used.

They are an Australian brand which was founded and created by Biana Elouise. The collection uses sexy cuts fabric with seamless finishes which hugs and fits to the natural curves of a woman's body.

Using a 90s style high rise and cut it flatters the body and elongates your legs, especially if you're a little shorty like me.

The brand offers a range of styles of bikini tops and bottoms which can all be mixed and matched, as well as a few one piece items which are super sexy.

I decided to go for the Jagger Top x Cindy Bottoms in black. I actually really want to get a set in the  beige and blush colours also. (goodbye bank balance it was nice knowing you)

You can browse and shop the full range here

They do ship to the UK and you can change the website to show you the pricing in pounds, as well as various other currencies apart from Australian dollars.

The shipping is tracked using DHL and so you can be assured you will be kept up to date with the location of your parcel. One thing to note is don't be surprised if you do find yourself being charged with a customs tax as this is normal.

I would recommend this product as they are so comfortable when on and it don't even feel like you're wearing anything to be honest. Extremely flattering and whilst I wore this on holiday I got asked numerous times where they could find the bikini from.

You feel super sexy when wearing it as well as confident and those little nice comments give you that extra boost. Currently they do sizes small and medium. I picked up the medium being a UK 10 with a big bust and I found it to fit perfectly. They do have a size guide which you can also use to help you select the correct one.

They are quite 'expensive' in the world of bikinis and swimwear, and I understand that this won't appeal to a lot of people, however, I believe you do get what you pay for and I feel that the strength of the fabric means it won't easily go out of shape and you will be able to wear it multiple times.

Don't forget to follow them on Instagram, there new collection will be dropping this month and it looks so good, I have my eyes on a few pieces already.

Again, you can leave any comments below and don't forget to follow me so that you can stay up to date with all my blog posts.

#LFSUMMERLOVIN look fantastic July Box

I've been wanting to subscribe to some sort of 'beauty box' for a while now but I just couldn't decide which one to go for. However, whenever I scroll through my Instagram page I always see the
lookfantastic box somewhere on my feed popping' up and so I decided to take the plunge and sign up to the 3month subscription which is around £13 per month.

If you're unfamiliar with these boxes then i'll briefly give you an overview of what you get and sign up for. There are a few different subscription offers from the one off box purchase, to the 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions (which inevitably save you a little bit of money)

As I signed up for the 3 month subscription to begin with, with each box you get the following;

- A lookfantastic themed box with a minimum of six products
- A copy of Elle magazine
- A copy of their own Beauty Box magazine

You can find out more and subscribe here

As I only subscribed last week I was able to get the July #LFSUMMERLOVIN themed box and then I will also be shortly receiving Augusts #LFBestOfBritish box which I can't wait for.

In my first box I received the cutest six products;

- Benefit Cosmetics Goof Proof pencil in shade 6
- NUXE multi purpose dry oil for the face, body and hair
- this works 'in transit camera close up' mask, moisturiser and primer in one
- Kebelo Silk anti frizz cream
- bellapierre cosmetics 'pink' cheek and lip stain
-  MiTi x3 bobbles

A Quick Product Breakdown and Review

The Benefit Cosmetics Goof Proof pencil I actually like, I have had this product since it was launched and has become my go to day brow pencil. It hasn't quite won me over from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer, but it is a very good alternative and I would recommend it.

The NUXE multi purpose dry oil is a beautiful little product, I have been using this for the last few days as an extra little glow to my arms and face, especially since being back from holiday and I still have a 'tan' left.

With the this works 'in transit camera close up' mask, moisturiser and primer I found that the product was a thick consistency and although it applied softly to the skin I didn't find it very good on my oily complexion. So for those with oilier skin I wouldn't recommend this as it made me extra shiny which isn't the look I want to achieve, however if you have dry skin this could be a great product.

I tried the Kebelo Silk anti frizz cream and I found the product to be very soft and easy to apply, however with myself having thin hair it just made it look greasy so this probably isn't something I would be using again.

For the bellapierre cosmetics pink cheek and lip stain, I have to be honest I haven't used this yet and out of the products this is my least favourite as sadly pink just isn't my colour. However, the colour is pretty and if pink is your thing, then it would be nice on as it's silky smooth to touch and the colour isn't too shocking, more a pale pink.

Finally the MiTi bobbles, well really they speak for themselves. I use this type of bobble all the time I find it so much easier to do my hair with these and they are very supportive, even with my thin hair. Although they do occasionally get caught in my hair, I just don't know how it happens,  they are the best type of bobble to use by a mile and I would highly recommend these.

Do you receive this beauty box ? Or recommend any others ?
