Cute Nutrition ; Update






So if you follow me on Instagram (if you don't follow me now search 'natalieayse') then you will have probably seen around a month ago I started using Cute Nutrition meal replacement shakes for the first time. 

For my first order as I was bit dubious I picked up the Strawberry Shake and the Cute shaker. I had read a few different posts on how people had been using these shakes as part of their daily routine and how they had begun to see results so I was very interested in finding out what would work for me and what wouldn't I guess. 

I started having one shake for my breakfast which I make by added 3 slightly heaped spoons of the powder to 250ml of skimmed milk (it has to be skimmed milk or water so there is no extra added fat) and I would have one for my breakfast and one for my lunch and then I would have a 'healthier' meal for dinner. 

I found it really easy to drink and to be honest it tastes like strawberry Nesquik which is my favourite milkshake ever, and so I decided the next time to place an order I would get one of the chocolate flavoured ones as well. Again, it tastes soooo good and not like other meal replacement shakes I've tried in the past. 

What I occasionally do to switch it up sometimes is have oats for breakfast followed by a shake for lunch and then a shake around 30-60 minutes before dinner so it starts to fill me up. I also suppose if it's easier for you, you could have a shake as a sort of snack throughout the day to avoid snacking on chocolate as they really take the sugar craving away as such. 

I have also found myself drinking even more water than usual as before I would just east and pick at different things, especially chocolate when really all it means a lot of the time is that you're dehydrated and need a drink. 

Over the last 8 weeks I have lost 8lb and noticed that my tummy is beginning to look a lot less bloated and more flat. Don't get me wrong I have also been going to the gym alongside these shakes 4-5 times a week and I also went on holiday and have had a few days away here and there so I haven't stuck to a 'healthy and balanced' diet all the time. 

You really need to find the right balance between working out and eating right in order to maintain a body you're proud of and I couldn't feel better about myself right now. It's helping me gain more confidence and getting me summer body ready. 

Remember each shake contains 130 calories. 


A Little Tip .... 

What I have also recently started to do since I invested in all 3 flavours, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry is mixing them together. So for example I add 2 shakes of vanilla and then either 1 scoop of chocolate or 1 scoop of strawberry so you are still only adding 3 scoops in total but mixes the taste up a little bit.... The chocolate tastes like chocolate ice cream when mixed and the strawberry tastes like strawberry and cream. 


Recently they launched their protein shakes as well which are in the flavours Pornstar Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri - I've tried the first and it's very different to the meal replacement shakes and I'm hoping to see some differences with how toned I am and become.
